Newsletter Terms

1. General Provisions

The Newsletter service is operated by: Global Creators Union Sp. z o.o. with its registered office at [address — to be completed], registered in [court name] under KRS number: [KRS], NIP: [NIP], REGON: [REGON], share capital [amount] PLN (hereinafter: the Service Provider).

2. Definitions

WEBSITE (SERVICE) – the website available at globalcreatorsunion.com.

REGISTRATION FORM – the form available on the Website through which a natural person may subscribe to the Newsletter and join the early-access waitlist.

DIGITAL CONTENT – the early-access invitation and launch notification provided to the Subscriber free of charge in exchange for correctly completing the Registration Form and subscribing to the Newsletter.

SUBSCRIBER (CLIENT / SERVICE RECIPIENT) – a natural person who has subscribed to the Newsletter via the Registration Form and entered into an agreement for the delivery of Digital Content.

CONSUMER – a Subscriber who is a natural person entering into an agreement not directly related to their business or professional activity.

NEWSLETTER – an electronic service enabling subscribed persons to receive recurring email messages about the Service Provider's activities, in particular regarding content, products, promotions, and offers related to the Global Creators Union platform.

3. Technical Requirements

Minimum technical requirements for using the Newsletter:

  • a device with access to the Internet;
  • an up-to-date web browser;
  • an active email account (email address).

4. Entering into an Agreement for Digital Content Delivery

The agreement is concluded via the Registration Form.

The Subscriber is not required to make any payment in exchange for the delivery of Digital Content. The consideration is the provision of personal data and consent to the Newsletter subscription.

Use of the Newsletter service is possible after:

  • providing at least an email address and first name in the Registration Form;
  • accepting the provisions of these Terms and confirming that you have read the Privacy Policy.

The Newsletter service is provided for an indefinite period.

The Subscriber may unsubscribe from the Newsletter at any time by:

  • clicking the unsubscribe link found in every email message;
  • or contacting us directly at office@globalcreatorsunion.com.

5. Cost and Delivery of Digital Content

Delivery of Digital Content (the early-access invitation) is free of charge and takes place by sending it to the email address provided by the Subscriber promptly after the agreement is concluded.

6. Complaints and Right of Withdrawal

A Subscriber who is a Consumer is entitled to submit a complaint regarding the Digital Content.

A Subscriber who is a Consumer may withdraw from the agreement for the delivery of Digital Content within 14 days of receiving it. It is sufficient to submit a declaration to the Service Provider before the expiry of that period.

Complaints and withdrawal declarations may be submitted:

  • by email to office@globalcreatorsunion.com
  • or by post to: Global Creators Union Sp. z o.o., [address — to be completed].

In the event of effective withdrawal from the agreement, the Service Provider will promptly — and no later than within 14 days — delete the Subscriber's personal data provided for the purpose of concluding the agreement.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service Provider holds all copyright to the Digital Content. The Digital Content is made available to the Subscriber solely for personal use and may not be distributed without the Service Provider's consent.

8. Personal Data Protection

Providing personal data in the Registration Form is necessary to conclude the agreement for the delivery of Digital Content. The detailed rules for the protection of personal data are set out in the Privacy Policy available on the Website.

9. Final Provisions

These Newsletter Terms enter into force on 22 August 2026.

The content of these Terms may be amended. The Service Provider will notify Subscribers of any changes by publishing a notice on the Website.

Matters not regulated by these Terms are governed by applicable Polish law, in particular the Civil Code and the Act on Consumer Rights.
